Joshua Walker is a seasoned litigator with a strong focus on organizational leadership. With a successful track record in federal and state court litigation, he has effectively defended clients through the trial court and appellate processes. Josh's expertise spans general liability, governmental defense, professional liability, products liability, commercial litigation, noncompete disputes, and trade secret theft. Beyond his legal career, he brings valuable experience from his service in the United States Army, where he served as the Commandant of the Officer Candidate School and was tasked with training aspiring officers in the principles of combat leadership. Retiring as a Major, Josh remains actively engaged in the Veteran community.Education
