This dilemma spurred Dan, an AI expert, to look for ways for Josh to leverage AI in his practice.

Although Josh had experimented with Chat GPT, its limitations in ensuring client confidentiality and accuracy rendered it unsuitable for the legal industry. Their search for a solution led them to discover a significant gap in the market, prompting the birth of DocuEase.
